We do not accept returns on printed merchandise unless there is a manufacturing defect, as all items are made to order.
- Order Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Please reach out for assistance regarding product returns or any discrepancies.
- Claims for Issues: If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please submit your claim within 30 days of receipt. For packages lost in transit, claims must be made within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Claims resulting from errors on the part of our printing partner will be covered at their expense, and I will provide you with their return address upon contacting me.
- Incorrect Address: If you provide an address that the courier deems insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipping costs once we confirm your updated address, if applicable
