5. Shipping and Returns

5.1 Shipping

Shipping times and costs vary depending on the product and your location. Estimated delivery dates are provided during checkout but are not guaranteed.

5.2 Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on digital downloads, or printed merchandise unless there is a manufacturing defect, as all items are made to order. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please submit your claim within 30 days of receipt. For packages lost in transit, claims must be made within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Claims resulting from errors on the part of our printing partner will be covered at their expense, and we will provide you with their return address upon contacting us. If you provide an address that the courier deems insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipping costs once we confirm your updated address, if applicable.

6. Gift Cards

1. General Terms

   C. Dussart Designs gift cards (referred to as "Gift Cards") are redeemable only on our official website for the purchase of eligible products. By purchasing, redeeming, or using a Gift Card, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Purchasing Gift Cards

   • Gift Cards can be purchased in denominations specified on the website.

   • Gift Cards cannot be purchased using other gift cards or store credits.

   • Discounts or promotional codes cannot be applied toward the purchase of Gift Cards unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Redeeming Gift Cards

   • Gift Cards can only be redeemed on our official website.

   • Any unused balance will remain on the Gift Card until it is spent or the card expires, where applicable.

   • If the total purchase amount exceeds the Gift Card balance, the remaining balance must be paid using another payment method.

4. Restrictions

   • Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, reloaded, or refunded unless required by law.

   • Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.

   • Lost, stolen, or unauthorized Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded. Treat your Gift Card like cash.

   • No service fees or inactivity fees apply to Gift Cards.
